I had a good experience in the paint area. It wasn't until I made it to aisle 12 when I was ignored after being told by that person he would be with me in a moment. Instead of assisting me, he ignored me after helping the other customer I was waiting for him to finish with. He started unpacking boxes as if I was invisible. I did report this to the manager. This Lowe’s has horrible customer service. They postponed our online order stating they didn’t have the specific drywall we needed in stock, and it would be September 2nd before they could fulfill our order. When we got to the store, and expressed our intentions to get our money back, they all of the sudden had our drywall in stock. The only helpful employee we came across was Larry, who helped us find our tile after 15 minutes of waiting for the actual flooring employee, who never came.

Customer service was terrible. I was looking for a specific type of paint. She had no interest in helping me find the paint that i needed. I had to aske her if she would call around to the other stores to find this paint.
Lowe’s customers service is like my hot water. Smells like rotten eggs and not usable. Since 1/19/2018 have not been able to shower in my home for 38 days and still counting. I hope if u need something and want it to work you spend your money elsewhere. Lowe’s at 1920 nw Maynard is a joke
On November 10th 2017 Lowes delivered and installed an LG washer that leaked and damaged our home. Three months later Lowes had not paid for any of the remediation or restoration work . Suzette Grist, the adjuster, and her manager Deanie Watts have not followed through on their word. BUYER'S BEWARE.
