Do not have a deck installation done by Lowe’s. They will take your money, and then NEVER contact you again. We have had the absolute worst customer experience, having paid in full for a deck on August 2nd, and have had to chase down information about our project ever since. We have visited the store, contacted corporate office and tried in vain to reach our sales person. 9 weeks and still, we have no firm installation date. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Very unprofessional & gets nothing done. No communication to resolve issues, have been paying for a fence that still isn't installed properly after 3 months & two installers later. No contact with resolution, installers just show up when they want instead of calling like suppose to and making appointment. Had tons of projects needing done. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Absolute worst lowes i have ever been in and will never go back!!
