I went to this location and had a horrible experience. They told MY BLACL friend that he couldn't return a door that wasn't even open without it being a hassle, but THE WHITE man behind me was able to do the same thing no issues no hassles nothing. Then they lied to him and told him the door wasn't in stock not knowing that his partner was looking at the door area AND THE DOOR WAS IN STOCK.
Home Depot is way better
One of the worst Lowe's stores I've experienced. It appears grossly understaffed and/or associates just do not want to assist. Either way, for a better experience you might want to try the location on Columbus Boulevard.
