customer dis-service Total lack of consideration for the customer at this store. Purchased and item with a gift card (20$) and credit card (68.91$). I realized it was defective in the parking lot. Went to exchange it and it was the one left. I asked for my money back, they would only refund it as a store credit (the entire 90$). The project was postponed till the next pay day. Home depot from now on.

Worst Store Ever Worst Company as well. I ordered 9 pieces of sheet rock and 1 piece of plywood (which took over 45 minutes they were short handed on a sunday as usual. Delivery was $49.00 ( I found this out after waiting over 25 minutes for someone at the pro desk who never did answer) and I was willing to pay it even though it was $45.00 less for the same delivery and materials at McCoys because I was told they would bring the materials in my house and being a woman I couldn't handle carrying all of it by myself. Nice clean home improvement store We do alot of home improving and shop around alot. I love going to Lowes. It is always very clean and very well organized. The staff is friendly and always ready to help you. I prefer them over the ORange Box.
Lowes Home Improvement This recently opened store is clean and well staffed. They have an excellent lighting department and the store personnel have always been helpful and knowledgeable when we have been there.

Lowest prices, good selection, service can be sketchy at times Before starting a big home improvement project, I always compare prices of big ticket items at Lowe's and Home Depot (I know there are many other retails out there, but I tend to go to these two for the more common items). Quality of help not good. Too few of sale associates to help with questions!! Slow service in multiple departments. Great sale prices that were nice to find. Nice selections!! PROS: Lots of great selections in lamps, appliances and garden. CONS: Slow and understaffed.
