Way better than Home Depot I like this place. It's not as big and overwhelming as Home Depot. The appliances, fixtures, etc have a little better selection in the higher end range. Staff seems friendlier, though not much more knowledgable. The atmosphere is nice. Prices are good.
Home improvment and more This Lowes store used to be an Eagle Hardware. I loved that store, but was relieved to learn that Lowes was equally as good for my needs. They carry everything for the do-it-yourselfer, and for the professional. While I dont need much in the way of tools or lumber, the plant and garden section is wonderful. I cant stop myself from buying more than I need!
