I just wrote a long review on their main page, but it wasn't posted. Wish I had copied and pasted it on here. Really nice people in the store, but there's a disconnect between online orders and in store pick up..and their delivery service. I wouldn't say it's the only issue with this location. It's the entire organization. They should consider bringing someone new into their business to reorganize their system.
Lowe's is selling inferior per mixed tile mortar. The product never dries.
