Great customer service, when you can find someone. Understaffed at times, but friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all, they are nice to my kiddo who is non-verbal with autism. 5 stars in my book.
I will never go to Lowe's again. I paid $45. to get measurements on installing a new back door. Lowe's Rainier sent a contractor who padded the quote with and extre $300 of work (on top of the regular $400+ installation fee) for installing my door. Outragious! When I got the quote I asked them to send a different contracter and was told they only have ONE. Pretty implausablet that Lowe's only has one contracter. They then refused to give me my $45 back. Hours of operation are great, special order process works well too
I have gone to this Lowe’s many times. They have several very helpful employees. Recently we had a door come off it’s hinge and got some incredibly helpful advice and recommendation from an employee named Sean (hopefully spelled correctly) in the doors and wood department. It saved us lots of time and money with a great fix for our door. Thank you Sean!
If I could give this store a 0 star I would. The staff is terrible. They hide from customers. Most aren't very knowledgable about their areas - a few exceptions, but not many. Don't even bother going to the store within a couple hours of closing and expect any service. Worse yet, they manipulate sales in order to jack up pricing and hold installation hostage.
All the staff are awesome at this store. It’s laid out differently than other stores, and they are always happy to help. George in Lawn and Garden helped me find the perfect mover for my tiny yard today. He is the best!
