Christmas is in 2 weeks and all I wanted was a bag of sand to fill up my kids basketball net. When the second person I asked refused to take me to the sand I gave up. He told me to find someone in that department to help me despite my insistence that I had already tried. Worst customer service ever!
I was susposed to meet the contractor at 3:15pm, it's is now 3:30 and he is not here. Talking about bad customer service.
Reason for a 1 rating is we bought a washer dryer a year ago and got the extra warrenty on it. Well unfortunately the washer has broke it has been a week and a half. The warrenty people call said they didn't even get the work order for 3 damn days and of course canceled the original appointment cause they needed to order the part before they come out which takes 1-3 business days finally got a call back after 2 more days that the warrenty people can't even get out to my house until Saturday between 1-6 a 6 hour window on a f... read more
Very nice and helpful. Went into pick out new flooring for kitchen. Young man was very knowledgeable and helpful. Set us up with contractor for guidance and installation. Always have good experiences when we go there.
