I had the most awesome experience today with the manager & cashier at Lowes UNION CITY, California. They treated me with utmost care, listened with full attention & gave me what I wanted & then some. My 5 stars = their 110% Excellent Customer Service Petunias galore for my "Angelz Grove" backyard project!!! Thank you LOWES !!! Imma HAPpy HAPpy HAPpy
Just went in to buy a grill. Asked for assistance twice. Noone showed. Guess Lowe's doesn't want my money. Very poor customer service!
