Lowes in both Fairfield and Vacaville have TRASH contractors. We had our kitchen remodeled through Fairfield Lowes. It was horrible. Their contractor was pure garbage. They were so unprofessional and didn't pay any attention to details (didn't pre-drill holes, didn't fill gaps in cabinets,used screws that were to too short and stripped out in a matter of months). Dear Lowe’s, Today (12/1/18) have been on hold waiting for the Operator for 15 minutes to connect me to plumbing to order a bathtub. I was disconnected. I called back and pressed ‘0’ For operator countless times.....45 minutes later, thinking someone was finally picking up....only to be hung up on!!! This is for the San Bruno, CA store. No wonder you’re closing stores!! Disgusted!!!
Definitely don't ever purchase a wall oven from this store. They have an extremely broken and dysfunctional process for oven purchases. I have spent at least 15 hours on the phone with the store and their delivery company on hold or repeating trying to get through. I also had to set aside 4 separate days to deal with this purchase and in the end I was not able to get an oven installed. There is a huge disconnect between the actual stock available and what is stated at your web site. Moreover, the location where the item is stocked is wrong on most cases. For example, Item # 154983 Availability as per web site 168. Actual availability Nil. Moreover, when I ordered for it online the store (Union city, CA 94587) asked me to cancel the order instead of getting the product for me. Not sure how a company could make their customer angry till I meet Lowe’s union city store. We ordered a new washer and dryer from the store, the deliver came today but our new washer has a huge dent on it. I have been trying to reach the store ever since I saw the dent today. Not pick up, tried to connect to the operator not pick up either. After the 5th try, someone finally picked up but after being transferred twice (nobody picked up the call even care to hear what the customer had to say) the call is finally being ended ... read more
