I go in here occasional over Home Depot because they have a better selection but it's always impossible to find anyone to help you and on this visit I needed help. They pages for someone and no one came. I asked where something was and the guy acted like I was bothering him. Won't be going here anymore. Home Depot has a smaller selection but way more helpful sales people and more of them
We are in the middle of a Lowe's Nightmare. We have to return our 2nd Refrigerator for defects and they are completely unhelpful. They use outside delivery companies who give 12 hour delivery Windows and are unfamiliar with what they deliver. Beware
