Horrible & almost no service in Aliso Viejo store! They completely ignore the customer & cause company to lose customers/revenue!
Another bad experience. Waited 20 minutes for help in an empty store with lots of employees hanging around. Asked to see a manager and wasn't able to.
Do not buy Samsung as the warranty is not serviced by lowes. Had to go through hell with Samsung, but I will say that lowes was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction
What ever you don't ever work here. If you get hurt they will not pay workers comp if you get hurt. They expect you back they next day hurt or not. What joke.
If I could give less than one star I would. We were hesitant to order patio furniture because of the upcoming holiday but they assured us it would be delivered in time. Spent 1000$ and here we are on the holiday with nowhere for anyone to sit. Awesome. Didn't even bother to call us to tell us it wouldn't be arriving, we had to call them and sit on hold for almost an hour, after the first call in which we were on hold then hung up on.
