The customer service at this store is horrendous. I have gotten the run around for months regarding carpet which I believe was either installed improperly (by Lowe's installers) or is defective. The carpet is less than two years old but is bunching and rolling up to make it look 10 years old. It has already been stretched once (also by Lowes's installers) and that only made it WORSE. As a rule generally prefer Lowe's to H . D. However, after stopping into the Piscataway Lowe's today I have to reconsider. The store was a pit! Items scattered helter skelter. IMO this store needs a new manager! To quote Trump it's a "S**t-hole!
