Has to be the worst customer service on the planet. Call for an estimate on June 4. They said an idiot who did not know what he was doing. Got a call from his boss that they fired him after he was here. Call the store and told him I would like a refund which they said they would issue I’ve been calling back every month it is now October still no refund. I have just tried to call the store today ring several times disconnects nobody answers hopefully you guys are out of business because you suck

Horrible service. Went into the store to buy a snow blower and there was nobody working that department. Spoke to a few reps but they didn’t work that department and didn’t know where the person that did was. Went over to the desk and they paged for help twice we waited for about fifteen minutes and still nobody came to help us or even to tell us to wait while they got somebody. If you like the stuff you purchased delivered on curb in front of your house that’s great but I won’t use Lowes again. Poor delivery service !!!! Ridiculous!!!
The customer service at the Piscataway NJ Lowe's is horrendous. Especially from their assistant store manager (George). I never knew it was so difficult for an employee to honor their employer's price match policy. If I wanted contempt and attitude, I'll speak to a child, not an employed ungrateful adult who represents this company.
Customer service sucks! Can't work with a company that can deliver a simple refrigerator on time. Your window for delivery is a joke. Already 3 hours late and haven't received an actual time. Will NEVER shop with this store again. And what will you say about this Lowe's corporate office or even your local store manager...I suspect nothing.
While Lowe's products are superior, their general cashiers and department managers are ignorant and insensible! I had a 20% off coupon on a purchase of $100 or more that was mailed to me via my business. After spending 2 hours gathering materials for project, at check out the cashier scans the coupon which comes up at already redeemed.
