Today I went to Lowe’s. Customer service is terrible. Employees are wearing mask, but they are not covering their noses. I even witnessed one associate pull her mask down and pick boogers out of her nose. After the booger picking she leaves her mask down (nose is fully exposed). She did not use hand sanitizer after the booger picking . Instead she pushes a buggy and touches a bunch of merchandise. Very unprofessional and completely unsanitary. worst customer service I've ever experienced. Attempting to spend $1,200 on a patio set, and couldn't find a soul to help get it down (because we cant use their ladders). Stopped 4 workers and they all said "I can't help you, but I'll find someone who can." It's like a store motto.
RecommendedFair prices and a good selection of items in the garden center.
Worst customer service. No one knows how to greet or smile. No eye contact. No manners like thank you or you’re welcome. Lowe’s on Lapalco has free paint stirs but this location you have to purchase them. Doesn’t make sense. Store is dirty. Lowe’s on Lapalco I have to beg workers to let me shop without help. This one no one even offered or acknowledged my service.
I have learned a valuable lesson visiting the Manhattan Lowe's in Harvey that that store does not value your business and I will leave you lingering in limbo while waiting for customer service I know they go out of their way to hire people that I'm not the best at that job but you would think they would spend some kind of time training them to at least be sufficient and performing a single task not at that Lowe's realized at Lowe's doesn't care about the customer they just want you to purchase that shity products and then wh... read more
Lowes installed 20 now leaking hurricane windows over 5 months ago. Installers admit that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of the underlying waterproofing layer but LOWES still investigating while my house gets damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE Below shows my house with plastic flapping in the wind. Our washing machine burnt up on Sunday morning. My husband and I went to the Lowe's store in Harvey, LA and was quickly met by a knowledgeable you man named Newton. Within 10 minutes we purchased our new washer and it was scheduled for delivery 3 days later (Tuesday). We received a call Tues morn that it would arrive between noon to 2pm. At 12:45 David and Deeno arrived , took out the old machine, installed the new one (without making any mess)!!!! Very professional and polite !
