Extremely disappointed with my service from Lowe’s in Alpharetta. Originally we chose Lowe’s because of the great salesperson (Stewart) and actually waited 9 days for the appliances to come in because we appreciated his kind expertise. We wrote a great review for him online and that is where our experience took a turn for the worse. The appliances did not come in the day promised and confirmed for delivery (on a Friday). Sold me an edger as new that was used and returned by someone else. Then made me wait a couple of days for refund to hit my bank.
Bruce and Calvin were very helpful at the paint department; I was able to get what I needed and they were friendly and knowledgeable!
Worst customer service ever. Bought garage doors November 5, 2017. Paid for installation. As of December 19, 2017 we still have no installation date and they are still laying on our garage floor. We've called almost every day and they will NOT give us an install date.
