I special ordered something 11 days ago... they never placed the order and their staff had no idea who dropped the ball. NEVER going back �

I ordered a range in this store and Lowe's told me that it will arrive my condo around 7pm to 9pm. Right now already 10:19pm and it is still not yet arrive. The worst part is I don't even receive a call to notice me about that it will be late or any estimated time... It is a really bad experience..... I really not sure am should I order my application with Lowe's anymore.....
This store has very poor customer service. I ordered online and my items were supposed to come from this store. They shipped only half my order, yet said the items were in the box. They were not. Upon calling CS, who called and spoke to Oscar, the manager, if he is the manager, he was going to over night them to me and call me. He never called. And my items again were not shipped out. I again called CS and they called Oscar. Oscar lied to them and said he had called me, not true. He also said that he mailed out my items, but... read more
Horriable service. Was there over a hour to buy a new bbq grill. First guy told me he would be with me after he finished with that couple. He disappeared after that never to be seen again. So I rang for some one else told him which grill i wanted then he said oh 10 mins some one has to get it down. Another 30 mins after the first 10 mins said oh you still here 5 more minutes. I just left with over a hour of my time wasted and no new grill. So good job throwing away a 700 to 800 dollar sale.
Really poor customer service. Walter store supervisor is defensive & difficult to deal with. They sold me a defective product. Have spent a few thousand at this store. Disappointing!! Please share this post.
