They sucked!!!!!!!!!! I hope you closed permanently soon!! Ordered appliances online they got it all screwed up supposedly be delivering all in one day , the range was damage (blah blah blah!!!) The dishwasher was delivered but they let someone signed for it, they didn't even wait for me to sign for it. I told the person online when I was giving her my order that I am going to need it to haul away the old dishwasher and install it. Would not recommend this store.
I ordered a patio heater on December 24th 2017 and promised me I’ll get it on December 31st. The order was delayed. I called the customer service and said it will arrive in 3-5 days.. it never came! And finally, on January 31,2018, Lowe’s called my order is ready for pick up so I went to Lowe’s and pick it up . When I get home, my husband was excited to assemble the patio heater. But he noticed all the screws are all scattered in the box and Lowe’s gave me a USED merchandise for the price of a new one! This is no good!
During the heatwave we had over Labor Day weekend, our refrigerator went out. We decided to go to Lowe's to purchase a new refrigerator due to their Labor Day sales. They did not have most of their floor items in stock and there were only two members in the entire appliance department assisting customers. BEWARE! if you sign a remodel contract 100% must be paid before work can begin; leaving you no recourse if there are problems. The sub contractor hired by Loew's was TERRIBLE. I was assured a new ontractor would be avaiilable should this happen; not true. A two month job was not finished until month eight. I oould go on and on....
Not enough people to help you. They tell you there is someone there to help you and nobody is there to help you.
The worse service can anyone get in San Bruno store. They sell you appliance and promise it will be installed within 48 hours but you don't get any calls. If you call there to find out they say oh someone will call you soon but still no call and finally gives a number for installer who is overbooked. If you call back to Lowes you are asked to return the appliances and find another store. Looks like Lowes employees don't care about their customers.
