The rudest and most unhelpful staff I have ever seen. Last night did it for me... I will never walk foot into this store again. There are too many other Lowe's in my area to put up with disrespectful and condescending individuals.
I am a truck driver and time is very important. The receiving crew was very prompt and friendly. They made my delivery a pleasure.
Went to the store to buy stripper that they should of had 9 of, only had 4, took 20 minutes to find this out. Then went to check out with the 4 and there is no one at the registers, only at the help you self, I asked the manager whats up, He stated they were all at lunch, at 10 am.. I guess this manager is either lost and not knowing were his people are, or he can not schedule his cashiers. Time to send someone in to help this guy. So I had to go to Home depot to get assistance,
This store has the worst customer service. Management sucks , even worse in contractor services. Don't hold your breath for special orders.
Well, my local store wouldn't order in the tile I wanted from another location to save me from running around. They just missed out on a $4,000 sale. Dumb!
