@Lowes is it common practice for your Delivery Team to yell at their customers and display rude attitude? Why even promote a July 4th Sale only to have disgruntled people who don't want to work on a Sunday? I would like to ask next time, please put in the disclaimer that if a customer makes any purchases which requires a delivery that Lowes doesn't deliver on Sundays. Don't offer Sunday delivery if Lowes is not willing to provide quality customer service.
