RecommendedGreat friendly staff - especially Jeff
Purchased a new refrigerator there. It was delivered without handles! The installation crew said Lowe's would come back out and install the handles(as it must be a mistake). That was several weeks ago. When I call I get the runaround and nobody can help. Now I'm expected to pay $121 per handle from the manufacturer(there are 4 handles!). Beyond ridiculous!
Poor customer service and support. I just moved here from out of state and they act like Lowe's here in Texas is a completely different company from Georgia and would not help me with a broken product I bought in Georgia. I guess this is why there are so many more Home Depots in Texas. Very disappointed.
This is our favorite Lowes! We go almost every week � We talked to the manager and he said we could use the parking lot for our YouTube vlog and there was no problem! Love you guys and your employees! Teachemyoung16 thanks for the yard sticks!
It's a beautiful store that doesn't have anyone the help the employees!!! They have chosen to do no customer service at all!
