Poor customer service with a bully that called himself a manager. Instead of trying to help he tried to intimidate with a stare down. Im too old for that crap. He did inform that if i wanted a key cut correctly i could do it myself at the kiosk.
Was sold a washer and dryer. Paid in full with delivery on a certain date. Was called the day of delivery and told they sold the dryer to someone else.
I went to Lowes Garden Center today. I bought some plants but I also wanted to buy some flower seeds and vegetable seeds. I had trouble locating them so asked a sales associate where the seeds were. He said they don't carry seeds. I said, none?? He said yes, I said never? he said yes. So I just stood there and looked at him in disbelief and he said they had them but the wind would blow them off the display and it got to be too much to pick them up so they threw ALL the seeds packets away. Bought a hot water heater on Saturday. No install on weekends. Ok. Called the store first thing to see where I was on the schedule today, Monday. Lady who answered my call said they have up to 48 hours to set up. Unacceptable. Went to the store and waited for the scheduler. She couldn’t reach any installer. Still waiting. This person is the Only one in the store who knew that this location’s installer was on vacation!! People are generally nice but they have no tools to provide service.
I can't even begin to describe the level of disappointment in a counter top purchase from this Lowe's. We have been struggling for weeks now to have a senior management member call us back to handle the worst install you can imagine. The countertops have SAW MARKS in them that they "fixed" with dirty puddy to make it look like a marble mark. They are not level AT ALL and they have used shims up to an inch in places. Seems like nobody knows a thing here. Asked 3 people for the MOD and not one could find her, was told that's Christy, she's here somewhere. Total idiots!
I am LIVID! I bought a new refrigerator at Lowe's a couple Of weeks ago and they delivered it and installed it and the ice maker on time on 9/23 at 10:30 am. However, at 4:30 pm there was still no water in the ice maker and therefore no ice-making was taking place. So I called Lowe's and outlined the dilemma to two different people, and then was transferred to an assistant manager, Megan.
