I love Lowe's. At first I loved it because you could actually speak with a helpful rep vs get blown off at Home Depot. Then when I found out the CEO of HD supported Frump it was a no brainer. Love this place and the people who work there.
Ever order something online for pick up at the store to save time? Don't do it at lowes! The help is beyond incompetent and it takes 3 times longer than walking the isles and getting it yourself. #30minuteslongerthanitshouldtake
Bob in cabinets was an awesome guy. Unfortunately damaged cabinets kept coming in from the manufacturer and on my third attempt to get it fixed it took over a half hour before I was even greeted. Now in trying to locate the cabinet it cannot be found. Thursday afternoon at 6pm and one guy is working in the entire cabinets and appliances section. Still waiting for someone to find the cabinet.... Been here for almost an hour and counting.
Can find any one and they just look at you as you walk by
