Been shopping for two days now for appliances for a flip. Three Lowe's stores later... 1. Two associates helping one person who doesn't know her dimensions. 2. one associate who doesn't even offer to assist in inquiring if other stores have the items they are out of. 3. One employee. ..five customers, multiple other employees just walking around. this guy tried his best, just too many to handle. also, if your going out for appliances good luck. with Covid there seems to be a mass shortage. Shelly in the pro center is Terrible with customer service. She has no business ever dealing with people. Its really sad that they let this person represent their company in this way.
Recommendedso I recommend Lowes overall but the woman working the paint area (older with an accent ) is the laziest, rudest person I have ever encountered. no where to be found no one in the store then she acts like you're putting her out when yuh ou need something. Waits to you come back to tell you the product isn't available instead of requesting customer return to discuss. just disgusting. we prefer this store but of she's working when we need something I will go elsewhere.
Installers are not to industry standards.workmanship is terrible.customer Support is worse. Sorry I purchased windows through them.
Went in for an in store pick up. My item was defective. I asked if there was another one. Customer service refused to locate a new item for me, I had to walk through the store to find it. Terrible customer service. They offered me a refund because they were too lazy to walk to aisle 42 and get a new item.
Customer service is NON existent at this location. Denise (Manager) is a terrible customer service “manager”
I just walked away today from the window and door department after standing in line for a couple of minutes in front of an associate who was busy with a customer and in the phone. A man he apparently knew then came up behind me. The associate immediately turned to him first to ask him what he needed without even greeting me. I tried to make eye contact with the associate but eventually walked away. Hello, women are the primary decision makers about household purchases. We deserve equal respect.
Thought ordering online for a pick up order would be quicker, but i woulda saved time picking the items outta the store and checking out myself
