Never buying appliances from Lowe's again. How much longer will it take for them to take their broken dryer that they installed? Already took them 3 different delivery days for them to come install it. If it wasn't on the 2nd floor I would of just left it on thr curb for them to grab it. Calling them about it is a joke too.
Bought a dryer. Told them I needed a stacking kit. Delivery people come to my house and say I need a stacking unit, which wasn’t included in the invoice so no dryer. Went to store and bought the stacking kit and rescheduled for the next day. Never delivered. Called the store 4 times to finally reach The young man who “scheduled” it. He rescheduled me for the following day and took my time we needed. I called the delivery company to make sure and the delivery was scheduled for the exact time I told them not. Yesterday when I went to Lowe's it was very disappointing I bought a $400 air unit which was 70 lbs on the box I could not lift it up by myself to put it in the cart one young male employee walked by and I asked him clear I know damn well he heard me if he could help me pick it up and he ignored me kept on walking. No hi or by. Was like a ghost town in there. No customer service whatsoever.
Went for pavers to match the ones I have and none in the garden center. Looked at new plants. Bought bird seed and air fliters.
Working for this co. Is the best job I have ever had everyone here is so nice and roaring and ready to help you with your every home improvement need all the staff is amazing and we all give 110% every day to make our customers happy and help them love where they live
