I brought my dog in here and the guy on the big machine cleaner drove by and my dog barked because she was scared. Then he said is she a service dog. I said no. So he said Oh thats why non service dogs aren't allowed in here. So I left. The guy ended up apologizing to my sister, that had to get a couple items. He said she is a service dog because she is a rescue, which I never knew. Everyone else in the store never mentioned how dogs weren't allowed. It sucked. I'm not going back. I was very disappointed with the lack of knowledge by the staff. A product I ordered would be "called to me" when it arrived which never happened and I was transferred to several people who just keep sending me the same people anyways. The product "disappeared". That's just part of it. It'd be great to speak to a member of the company. Really poor customer service and I was trying to be as patient as possible.
