When employees are standing around and they tell you if you want a shopping cart you have to go out and get it from the parking lot I determined they don't need my business.
I used to shop here all the time, but I stopped because I moved and Home Depot was now closer to me. I went in yesterday looking for bathroom tile, with no intentions of buying. I was more so wasting time. I was in the store about 30 minutes and saw several employees as I looked around the store. Not one of these employees asked if I needed assistance. Because of that I doubt I will never come back!
Please be advised. After spending a lot of money on a fence and signing a contract with Lowes that clearly states they will pick up all debris upon completion of project they are refusing to remove this huge pile of soil from our driveway!!! We have left numerous messages with people at the south Lansing store and nobody has called me or my husband back. We have no place to put this dirt and nobody wants to pick it up. We will not be shopping at Lowes any time soon. #furious #poorcustomerservice #Lowessucks

Don't buy anything of value for they won't warranty it they find some excuse to get out of it even when you buy the extended warrenty. Then talk about lie they said the technician said it was my fault I called said technician and he was livid cause he never talked to them. First operator said I was covered next day they called and said I was denied.
My last shopping of paint at Lowes with a very unhelpful worker.
