Well my wife and I purchased a dishwasher on September 22,2017. We where told it would be delivered and installed by Friday September 29, 2017. We where told that we would receive a call to schedule a time for installation. Well we never received a call and I had to call them. I was advised you will receive a call by 8pm on Thursday September 28,2017. No call and we called Lowes back on Friday. Former Lowes employee... this is by far the dirtiest Lowes I have ever been in. I had to ask for three items to be brought down from top stock, because the home location was empty. In lumber newly arrived freight blocked easy access to the treated 4x4s. Several employees could be seen standing around talking. The one good thing? Your response time to you call button located in hardware was excellent, and your cashier was very curtious.
Aweful service- purchase a microwave on 12/14 to be installed- still no word on install and store passes you off to some 877 number who could care less- what terrible service!!!
Terrible experience!!! Bought a new bathroom vanity over the weekend (the cheap one). Opened box to install today and it was completely damaged! Took back to the store, which is a half hour drive, to return it and buy the only other one they had in stock. Checked it while we were there. No visible damage. Took it home and took completely out of the box and took off the styrofoam pieces and discovered the sink is cracked and unusable. Thanks Lowes! Had a sewage backup in my home. Had to replace walls flooring ceramic tiles and all the powder room fixtures. Lowes has the best help and the most knowledgeable. Every department I have been to helps me right away. I LOVE THIS STORE. I actually have fun
Lowe's needs to train staff in what good customer service means. I had the absolute worst experience at this store today. in the hardware dept. causing me to return my online purchase I was there to pick-up. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere, someplace where the customer experience matters to them.
