We ordered appliances on Dec 15th with a delivery date of January 1st. Received no follow up calls. The morning of January 1st called to see when the delivery time would be. The appliances were never shipped from the manufacturer. Poor service, poor follow through. I would not recommend making a large dollar purchase from Lowe's if this is the way they handle those sales and service of the sales. Still have not received the appliances. I had such great service today! I stopped in to buy a washer, and the older gentleman who helped me in the appliance department did a great job. (Unfortunately, I don’t recall his name.) He then referred me to Erne for questions on some different purchases. Erne made picking out a keypad lock a simple task, and found another item that I was hunting for. This place is a JOKE. Go in there to get an Air Conditioner. Didn’t have one. Stupid right? Tried to use my Father military discount but said he had to “register” to use it WTF.
five stars for service.... 1 star for not running the store right they don't always put on the price tags on stuff having you wait for casher to find it where you picked up something... to get the prices and bar codes tags

Zach at the Fargo Lowes helped with a patio door. Very helpful
We had a fence installed and measurements were off, which may happen, that left 10 extra cement posts cut off to ground level in our yard. After continuous debate they finally agreed to make the posts at least 6 inches deep for proper grass growth to meet top soil depth. But with the new measurements 4 posts are outside of my property , making it not my property , and lowes has yet to rectify this issue. Also I believe they are not taking this matter serious enough.
