My wife and I bought the expensive paint because we were promised 1 coat coverage. When it didn't cover and I had to go back and get another gallon, the sales lady sales it never covers in 1 coat. I then went to the snow blower area, and after asking the customer desk for help, left after waiting for 10 minutes. Very disappointed
RecommendedI had an amazing experience today, 9/28, when I went to Lowe’s looking for a new fridge. I woke up at 3 in the morning to find my fridge dead and had been to multiple stores but it was a Great service man at Lowe’s that took the time to talk me through the fridges, types, and find a fridge in a size that would fit the tight built in space in my kitchen. Let me start by saying that when we first went to speak with someone in the flooring department in Fargo, we were greeted by someone who was knowledgeable and helpful. We picked out our carpet, signed paperwork, and paid for the project. We then were passed along to Service Pros (the group that handles their installation) and that is where things started going terrible. We were continually rescheduled for every single step, took 3 visits to measure for the carpet and they were never on time (couldn't make a 3 hour window). O... read more

Ordered online for store pick up. Received email order is ready. Get to store order is short. Waited 15 minutes to find the other one. Save time. Just go into store, find what you need, and forget any customer service with pick up orders. No apology for the lack of service.

As I write this, the installers are at my home installing the "4 piece appliance package" we purchased. What we weren't told is that they can only install 2 of the 4 pieces!!! Time off of work, lots of money spent and now we have to install the microwave and dishwasher!!! Not impressed!!!!
