Last Saturday, end of shopping trip, cart full, couldn't get a simple 2x4x16 cut down. Apparently their saw was broken. No apology, no concern from the floor clerk. He told me to go to their Georgesville Store. A tad inconvenient. Reported the situation to the Service Desk. Response: didn't even know the store had a saw, had to find someone else to help me. If you plan on going to Lowe's just go the other direction and head to Home Depot. I go there on a Thursday at 5 o'clock and they have one lane open. Waited so long at the checkout line I just put my things down and left.
Customer service is non-existent. We've tried for three weeks to have an oven installed. There has been zero communication between Lowes and their "independent contractors" (installers). Very, very frustrating.
