I love Lowes and have been dealing with them for years until the last year when they sold me the wrong carpet for my kitchen and overcharged me and refused to refund my overpayment. I’m going to get an Attorney to get my money back. This is the first time that they have done Shabby work
I live on Portsmouth Oh. This was the closest store to me that had what I was looking for. If you’re looking for Dewalt tools this is the place to go. They have an amazing selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

went there this morning and got outstanding service in the home and garden outdoor area,loading mulch, made three trips was helped by a lady first name started with a W sorry can't remember, and a young guy the second and third trip. thanks guys
Placed online order... Got email it was ready. Went to pick it up and it took them 10 minutes to let us know they were picking it. So we wait another 10 minutes and they tell us to drive around to the side to get the order. They then tell us that it is not only NOT picked but we are gonna have to wait longer bc the have to get access to the 2×4s we needed. What should have been a 15 minute trip took almost an hour! Everyone blamed everyone else... Not a single person apologized!
