I live in Sandy utah. I made an order online 5 days ago for 10 items mostly kitchen cabinets, not sure if it was store specific but maybe from sandy online. Waited over 10 minutes for help to get a piece of wood cut, and the guy who should up seemed like he didn't want to be there.
I shop there a lot as it is near the home I am remodeling. Yesterday I had a very ugly situation occur. A EXTREMELY rude young man named Corbin treated me so disrespectfully I was shocked! When I told him I was going to tell his manager how he treated me, he laughed in my face and said "ok"! The manager apologized, but I told him I want Corbin's apology. I really didn't get that there were going to be any repercussions.
customer service is getting very poor at the customer service desk in Murray. Shane is his name!
This will fall on deaf ears, just like the lack of help I DIDNT get yesterday. The service was no existent. Fire them all.
