Really starting to hate Lowes New Castle PA. Been there quite a few times recently with large bulky purchases. Numerous CSR's walked past. None offered to help me load them either on the cart or to help load my truck. And see them just standing around watching. Poor customer service
Lowes warranty department THE WORST could NOT find my parents account fridgetair just bought not even 5 months ago broken shelves and handle came off door! Now will not fix!
The worst customer service. Placed an order online June 1st and still hasn't shipped. Called customer service twice once to be told it was shipping out Friday the 9th to call back and be told it's not shipping out till Monday

My Mom was ignored at the paint dept, the buzzer calls, and at the customer service. Dad dropped his purchases and they left. Ace Hardware will get a visit.
Got a washer/dryer there a couple months ago, washer isn't working right, called the manufacturer (he pretty much implied the machine is ok, I just don't know how to do laundry). Stopped at Lowes, still no satisfaction, then called later and found Windy - new washer & dryer on the way, old ones being returned. I will be dealing exclusively with Windy for any future appliances :)
