Train the workers so they know how to answer a question.
Waited almost 2 hours to get my online order pickup. The original employee that went to get it suddenly disappeared. Finally, an employee named Chris noticed I’d been waiting quite a while and took action to get me my order. Thank goodness he and his coworker (I regrettably don’t remember his name!) came to my rescue and went back to retrieve my order and load it into my truck. There has been no action from management to handle the employee who was blatantly racist yesterday to a customer. The Customer was trying to return a products and heard whispers from the employee about how she only wanted to return it for money to buy drugs. Do not shop here. They are not a positive, community driven business in our city.
