I bought 4 kitchen appliances around Christmas thinking I would get $50 back per appliance. Just received my rebate of $50. Completely misled me by the signs and by those working in the store. Do not believe the so called deals they claim to have. What a joke!
I will update if they redeem themselves. Sold me a "New" "repaired" Samsung washer. Install guys left without verifying proper operation. Called and they are coming back tomorrow to verify that it really isn't working!
So, as a nurse and someone who works with the public and has to deal with good customer service, I just do it. I don't really think about being on the receiving end of customer service. But so far this morning, I'm left unimpressed by what I've seen in Lowes. I found someone to help me in my latest project. Redoing my master bathroom. But he couldn't give me the answers I needed, so he offered to find the plumber to help me. I came into the garden center looking for something to separate rocks from going on the other side of the concrete lawn edging. Two employees who I described to what I needed and even showed a picture I took on my phone, couldn't help me. I went back yesterday for something else I needed and found what I was looking for from the first time, even though I didn't know at the time what it was called. Worst customers service. if you are a female you can forget about getting an type of help or customer service. You are better off going down the road to Home Depot.
