I bought a washer and dryer at Lowe's. The first washer showed up dented. So did the second, which I kept anyway. The dryer was not available for immediately delivery - we were told 7 to 10 days. 10 days later, no dryer. I had to call Lowe's to find out that I was supposed to call them to schedule the dryer delivery. Nice job, Lowe's. Your customer service is lacking. And if the dryer shows up dented you will be bringing me a new one until you learn how to handle them in transit.
Worst service I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been a good customer for over a decade and I received the worst service.
Lowes install has really tanked from just a few years ago. Buy something and waits days for someone to call. Used to set an appt at purchase.

Horrible experience with installation of carpet. They made horrible mistakes, delayed it all and then wouldn’t take much action for resolving the issue. Go to Home Depot everyone. Please don’t make the mistakes we did. Terrell and Steve were nothing but bullies
I paid $527.37 for new shower stall doors. Lowe's charged $35 to have someone come to the house to measure. They told me the cost of the install would be $650. I was sure this was a mistake and asked to speak to another person. I was told it's that much because the doors are heavy and it will take 2 people to do the install. I had The Glass Guru of Peoria install the doors. There was no charge for the measuring; the total cost was $200. The install is perfect; oh, and it only took 1 man to do the job.
