I will be happy to share my opinion. I went to Lowes to purchase several bag soil for my garden. I looked all around the garden center for a flat cart, but none was to be had. I asked the cashier if he could get me a cart and he told me they were all in the parking lot and I could go get one if I needed it. I went to the service desk and ask if they would please bring flat carts in because there were several customers waiting to have one. I am so thankful for this Lowes store and its staff tonight! At about 7:45pm tonight my husband stepped in our backyard and found a limb down on our grapefruit tree that was stretching the electrical line to its max. We just recently bought our first house and didn't have a saw. We ran out quickly to Lowes but pulled up as the store associate was locking the door at 8pm. Not that I need help but, I've been here 40 min and all I see is employees fuckin around, grouped together and no one helping anyone.
