Great customer service in the appliance department
Lowes installed 20 now leaking hurricane windows almost 4 months ago. Installers admit that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of the underlying waterproofing layer but LOWES still researching 'causation' while my house gets damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE
Love the store. Hated the process for making a payment over the phone. They insist on last 4 digits of a social vs an account number and had to jump through hoops to make a payment because the system didn't recognize a valid account number. Unnecessarily frustrating process.
Well done Lowes, we purchased a new lock door knob and the plastic packages with the hardware inside were scotch taped shut. That’s right, they took a returned item, taped the plastic closed and restocked the item for someone like myself to buy. I even have a picture to prove the packaging. Half-ass attempt service for your customer �

How many times has anyone gone to Lowes for an item "carried by Lowes" only to find out it's not available. Has anyone ever tried to purchase AirStone Veneer? AirStone says Lowes carries it but Lowes only carries it on line - but without end caps or other products necessary to finish the product. Why would One Company limit their distribution to another company that clearly has no interest in making a product available. Something strange going on
I love lowes. It's not hard for me to spend money there. Yesterday I went looking for a tomato 🍅 plant that gives large tomatos 🍅 But all I could find were cherry tomato plants.
