The the customer service is amazing. They have a guy named Mike that works in the tile dept. That guy knows his job.
Very happy with my purchases. Can't wait till Sunday for my new appliances to be delivered.
Pretty certain it's worth the five minutes drive up to Lowe's vs the other box store with similar inventory. Shopped in that one later in the day and recommend some customer service training from the staff at Lowe's ~ especially the guy who made my key and the customer service chica who processed my 10% off "welcome to your new home in Jensen Beach"....
Thought we resolved our splash back problems with the manager Chris last Friday he said they would be ordered on Monday Tuesday and it hasn't been placed yet No callbacks! They say they will call us but don't Tomorrow I'll go to the store again and get a signature that the job will be finished Is anybody hearing me???!!!
