I’m not sure what is going on with the Lowe’s stores in Orlando, but every experience is horrible. My order I placed online for a delivery (set for Saturday 5-27-23) from the Sand Lake location had 3 cases of missing tile. Someone was supposed to reach out to me for update on when they would be delivered. After a few days, I put in a ticket online #09366035. I was assured someone would contact me within 24 hours.
