I’m not sure what is going on with the Lowe’s stores in Orlando, but every experience is horrible. My order I placed online for a delivery (set for Saturday 5-27-23) from the Sand Lake location had 3 cases of missing tile. Someone was supposed to reach out to me for update on when they would be delivered. After a few days, I put in a ticket online #09366035. I was assured someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one did. I called back on 6/1/23 to the Sand Lake store to get an update and it took 20 minutes before anyone ... read more

Went there to buy a washer and dryer I knew exactly which one I wanted and nobody was in the area to help me. I saw associates going by but they just looked at us and walked away. I asked somebody for help and they said they would find someone but no one ever came. After waiting around 45 minutes just sitting there looking at my husband’s face and him looking at mine we decided that they did not deserve our business we left went to Best Buys bought the same exact pair that we needed spent $1500 and it was all over in five mi... read more

I could buy anything that I need in here, from camping gears to simple and useful appliances for the house, this place has it all and they have a great return policy.

Can you say NO? They can. I bought a windchime that soon broke. I didn't have my receipt but since they didn't have that particular one in stock (they acknowledged that they carried it) and since they didn't care to check (I asked) to see if it would be carried again (such as being on back order); I asked if I could do an even exchange, I asked three different people including the manager on duty. All said no. I ended up throwing my item in the trash and told them I would never ever shop there again.

My wife and I were willing to purchase a whole new kitchen for our condo, but there were no staff available to help us. We were looking at the samples for 45 minutes. There were some, so called experts, that passed by us and ignored us. They looked like kids that would be better utilized as baggers at a supermarket. We went to Home Depot and were very satisfied.

Horrible customer service... My friend and I are both writing because we believe we know why the sales dropped for Lowe's in the 4th quarter of 2006 11.5%...IT IS BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! We have gone in numerous times to place orders for items to be installed in our home. Either no one is available or no one knows what they are doing. The few people you do find to ask questions are more often than not rude and patronizing. I myself placed an order for a countertop. The sales person lied to me saying Lowe's wo... read more
