No one answers the phone and you get cut off many time as well. Also, when having a dispute they do not follow through as they said that they would. I am in an endless loop of recording and if I have gotten through I get cut off. Not to mention my dispute is about a refrigerator that they charged me for twice.
Still waiting for their delivery people. Since your store Sand Lake store doesn’t answer the phone, I have had to call the corporate number to get delivery switched to today. Still waiting. Do I need to spend one more hour of my time calling again? This is ridiculous!

NO ONE knows how to answer a phone at this store. Literally 25 minutes on the phone tree (worst phone tree) tried every department and no one answers the phone. How does this company store provide service??
