signed a contract on May 23rd for a deck, and 11 weeks later, still no deck and $11, 212 has been out of my account.
The only reason you get one star is because I can't give you a zero. Management needs to be fired, they clearly do not have a clue on how to manage the people that work there. Horrible store. Out of the entire store, I think there are five or six people worth keeping. Everyone else should be let go. I will point out that GG is the most awesome employee in this store. Vinyl fence installation. Said it would take 2 days it took a week. Said they would be in touch to set up installation dates that worked for me, I came home from work one day to my driveway being blocked with materials. A couple of days later they just showed up no phone call, nothing! I have dogs, they were tearing down my fence! Contractor wouldn't leave till I signed off even though the clean up wasn't done and the custom gate wasn't & still isn't finished. I have shopped at Lowes in Monroe ever since it has opened. I have never had a bad experience there. The people on the floor are very helpful in every department. They always find what I need and if they don't have it they always try to point me in the right direction. If they have an ad up and it has expired they give me the sale price. They have excellent customer service not like other stores that I have shopped at. Lowe's will always get my business as long as the customer service stays the same.
I came in, 15 minutes before closing to get some semi-emergency plumbing parts for my wife's fish tank. I was bumbling my way around in the plumbing area and was approached by Kim who works there. First, she was incredibly friendly and courteous, and after explaining what I was trying to do, got right to work getting all the pieces together and trouble shooting the process to streamline my application. So disappointed in the Monroe Lowes! I ordered a washer and dryer set. They didn't let me know that the washer was back ordered until the day of delivery basically forcing us to take the floor model which turned out leaking so they had to take it back and wait for a new one to come available....weeks gone by with not one word from them until I called and they said oh ya we have one ready for you. Really?
