Patty is a huge asset to this store. She helped me figure out everything I needed for a complicated project and had such a positive attitude, so appreciated.
Besides the typical no one knows what they are talking about, they have no idea where anything is... But the final card was dealt, I went in and ordered classic red paint, a gallon. Now, after I drive an hour home I open my paint expecting to paint, only to be given pepto bismol pink. Guys and gals, if i could post pictures here I would. This was no where near red. Worst customer service I have ever delt with! 2 orders. 2 dishwashers. 6 months later and still don't have working dishwasher. After months of waiting for a dishwasher they canceled our order. I ordered another. took months. Set back after set back on their end. They delivered a broken dishwasher. 2 months later and i still don't have a dishwasher. WHERE IS MY DISHWASHER?? 0 STARS.

Not anymore. Now you’ve moved your pick up counter back to incorporate with returns eliminating any quick pick up. When you get a couple of employees that are really good at their job you’re excited. When you get told that Management has no control and it’s all corporate decision it makes me wish for the old family hardware store to be back. Tired of corporate.
paid for a "new" bbq, asked it to be assembled in store as it was a gift... get there to pick up this new bbq and it ends up being the floor model. has blemish issues and dents. I asked why a newly put together bbq would need a price tag since it's already been paid for. I got an I dont know answer. I called and was hung up on. Thank you Monroe Lowes for ruining my gift.
this particular location has denied a military discount to a Korean War veteran twice. They say that they don't have proof he's a veteran, and his VA card doesn't count. he's 90 years old, where's the Korean War World War II hat, has a VA card, and has gone to Lowe's a few times because he's rebuilding his house. But they refused. is this how we're going to thank him for risking his life for us? This is how we thank him for years of service?
