So placed an order online for 3 lounge chairs. I get a message from said store telling me my order is ready to pick up. Now this message was earlier today. I am standing in the store at the customer service desk for 45 minutes now with the service desk telling me repeatedly that my order is being pulled. I watch as all kinds of merchandise is brought to the front of the store and multiple employees are milling around. Impressive.....

I've been wandering around this store for an hour trying to find 4 seemingly simple items, not only did nobody ever approach me, but I was actually ignored when trying to gain assistance

Do not believe them when they say they will match other advertise price I asked boise overland store to match a price from Ace Hardware it was buy one get one free on Scott's lawn products. I was told they have their own 20% off ad and that's the one that they could honor. I have a Lowe's close to my business and also close to my home. I guess I will have to drive a little bit further to get honest service.
