I bought some sausages and candy. I would do it again.
I was greeted by a friendly associate that didn't know where to find what I was looking for but made some good guesses then sent me to the other end of the store where I was greeted by another associate who had NO idea what I was looking for, he referred me to the side of the store I had just come from .. I decided maybe Home Depot would be a better choice.
Home Depot didn't have two major items that I needed in stock, so I went to Lowe's who had everything I needed. I left Lowe's a very happy camper!
Really disappointed in Lowe's in Boise today was planning on remodeling a bathroom went to Home Depot since it was closest, saw their selection and weren't in love so we went to Lowe's saw their selection needed help to get some things explained and we sat around and waited at the desk 25 minutes plus then had a screaming baby we're now at Home Depot again because we can actually get service here there were three people that came up to us said they couldn't help but would call someone to help different times they asked for s... read more
Asked for help after standing while they talked amongst themselves for 5 min then they say oh it wasn't down that isle then go back to talking to each other I walked out and will not be back
I had a great experience this past weekend with Max and Blanca in the door department, however, what is hindering my happy experience is the interaction that I encountered with Kathy. Not only did she belittle me, she also assumed that I was not able to make a purchase on an expensive door. This pre judgement, made me want to just walk out the door. Pun intended. Nine registers with only two open. An average of ten people per line. Lowes associates standing around picking their noses. This location is filled with Incompetent idiots. I had four tiles priced at "$1.98 per piece". The woman at the register basically tells me I am wrong and they are sold by the box only. Then why are there individual tiles stacked there with a price per piece??? Sent another associate to verify and he calls back the full box price then won't answer the phone after. Day of advertised fence pickets, none in stock. Had to go to Home Depot, they had the pickets we needed, even at a lower price. Thanks for having it out of stock, saved money going to Home Depot.
