They had the product I wanted (toilet bowl stopper) but I was very displeased with the fact that they allowed doges (not seeing eye dogs) into the store without comment. The store clerks, that I commented to, did not seem to care at all, in fact he laughed at me.
Horrible customer service. Was sent from another local store because they showed some in stock. When I was talked with the floor department person he acted like I greatly inconvenienced him by asking for help finding it. He walked over and looked and simply told me that he can’t help me and to go find it elsewhere. Totally rude and unacceptable.
Unfortunately the Lowes district manager has chosen to neglect giving training to the management at this store. The North Seattle store was able to fix a gift card problem. But this store is not able to use the credit return card.
SAMSUNG refrigeration and freezer completely stopped within 6 weeks of purchase. One week before service person can come. All food spoiled. I need a new stove and dishwasher. Wont be Samsung!!!...RUN They wont let me post a review on Lowes so posting this here. And there is a lawsuit happening now with Samsung

It seems like everytime I deal with this particular store, the customer service gets even worse. Trying to get through to them is practically impossible. Tried to call regarding an appliance I bought from them to have it fixed. Got bounced around like a pingpong ball and then eventually the phone just disconnected. When I tried to call back, no one would answer. I think it's time to start shopping somewhere else, this store is useless.

I have a video my wife took of my experience trying to get to the delivery Dept. I have an 17k door order I wanted to schedule for delivery and no one seemed to understand ani about process. These people don’t deserve a job if this is the level of ineptitude here. Never shop here
We had some difficulties with our Bosch washer-dryer purchase from Lowe's Everett. First, the stacking kit wasn't ordered which delayed delivery. Then when it was delivered the transport bolts were left in the washer which caused extreme vibration and movement. Despite all that, Joel the delivery manager did everything he could to make it right, including coming back out himself to remove the transport bolts and giving us his personal cell number to report back.
