The low review rating should be your first sign not to shop at this Lowe's. Employees and management have poor customer service. Go to Home Depot. And don't buy anything that another Lowe's doesn't have in stock. They won't let you return it because they don't consider it a stock item. Again, go to Home Depot! Don't waste your time at this Lowes.
The store does not carry any high-end products. For example Legrand adorn electrical switches Or the luxury garden pottery Or larger floor tile. However what makes up for that. Is the very helpful staff. Who constantly informs you of the online options to order those materials and products. And explains that the higher end products are often stolen from the store. And that’s why they do not stock them.😭😳

We went in to purchase a dishwasher and what should’ve been a 10 minute purchase turned into over an hour waiting for very lazy people in the appliance area to locate the dishwasher saying that it wasn’t there after the manager had already found it from the appliance area. Then we had to wait for someone to be forklift certified to get it down to bring it out then they brought it out and just walked away on some kind of a dolly never saying here you push the dolly and take it or I’ll be right back. I thinks Lowes is the lowest, I bought a Frigidaire freezer 1/4/16 and it went out 12/22/16 the guy from 1800appliance showed up and said the temperature and the timer went out he never came back to fix it .We lost a 1000 dollars worth of meat that thawed and we had to throw away We will never buy another appliance at Lowes who never does take care of the customer. We are contemplating about putting this freezer in you lobby with the receipt and warranty pasted on it an letting people know how chicken shit you are.
