Hey Christina (manager) - Thanks for telling my husband, a disabled veteran, that he waited 40 mins to have someone help him load cement bricks in his truck because he chose not to load it himself so you prioritized someone you felt was more important.
Can’t get thru the phone. We had a scheduled delivery date for Oct. I got a call yesterday that they’re delivering my new appliances tomorrow... we’re not ready and can’t get anyone in Hemet to pick up the phone. Frustrated. But... I love Lowe’s and am thrilled Ruth their service 99.9 percent of the time.
RecommendedWe love the store but there was a white or light skinned Hispanic older male 60+ targeting the female customers looking into purses for wallets/keys or cell phones to steal.. He was interrupted after targeting a older female senior customer to snatch her purse.. He promptly left the store and was seen leaving in a dark grey Cadillac Sedan Deville with stock chrome wheels approximately a 2004 model.. Just wanted to let the store know there seems to be a predator working the store..

There is a sexual predator working the men's restroom at this location.. The truck is a Dodge a 1998 model the man is a retired married Orange County Firefighter.. He approached me two different times on two different days while shopping the store.. He was engaging in a homosexual acts in the bathroom with another male as well.. Lowe's needs to make a example out of them by denying them entry into the store or at least access to the bathrooms for the safety of the customers..

Starting with the parking lot the Parking for Veterans was a very good to see ...and of course great customers service
