Ordered AC unit online and it said 4 in stock. Left home on public transit. An hour later (as I arrived) the units were sold out. But they had JUST gone to check! Why order online of nobody goes to fill/check your order?
Not enough registars open....10 people in line. You would think they would open more registers never again
38 minutes in and out of the store with a pedestal sink, drain kit, medicine cabinet and lights. What a great experience!
I was in the customer service line when a couple in front of me was picking up a shower door and needed help in loading it. Cashier calls an associate who comes and asks them "what, you can't do this yourself?" Grade A customer service training that is going on. I think everyone there needs another go at that.
Worst experience ever. We had a top of the line Pella door installed- supposedly a 1 day job. 30 days later they still have not finished the installation and we can't get a call back. So disappointed. We will never step foot in Lowes again. Customer service called a week after and we told them our issues- still waiting for them to do basic caulking and we still have not heard from anyone at Lowes.
How about letting us buy some Halloween stuff before you have all Christmas. Very disappointing.
Need ppl that want to help the customers. I told the lady in countertops I needed and she acted like I had not even spoken to her. No one else was in the area to help
